Billed to your insurance
Physician-referred infusion therapy is billed to your health plan — it is not self-pay. Our dedicated financial advocate verifies your benefits before your first visit, secures prior authorization, and identifies manufacturer rebates and assistance programs to reduce your out-of-pocket cost. You’ll know what to expect before you arrive.
How to pay
Book online with nothing to pay up front. We take payment at the clinic — card, or however suits you.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment and there’s no charge. With less notice, or if you don’t attend, IV drips are charged at 50% of the service cost. B vitamin injections and red light therapy have no cancellation fee.
